Cookie Policy
A cookie is a file that keeps information regarding your navigation on www.qudo.io
(date and time the pages were loaded; browser used and language; pages viewed, frequency and
duration of visits to the site, number of visits, sources of the visit, location) and will make
it easier for you to visit the site multiple times.
At any place in time, you’ll be able to delete cookies, refuse installation of new cookies or
be notified before a new cookie is installed by configuring your browser under the appropriate
section (we provide general instructions below). By continuing to use qudo.io and its
subdomains (e.g.:
https://www.qudo.io,
https://dashboard.qudo.io...)
you accept this policy and agree with the use of cookies on your computer.
Please note that if you uninstall a cookie or refuse the installation of cookies,
you may not be able to use some of the QUDO services on the web.
Types of cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
a. Session cookies: when you access QUDO Dashboard (https://dashboard.qudo.io),
a cookie with an encrypted session id is transferred to your device. This cookie controls
your access to the dashboard for that session and gets obsolete once you log off from it.
These cookies also allow us to identify your device and preferences when you return to QUDO Dashboard.
These cookies are important to assure the right user experience of the system, so they should remain
enabled. The data collected by these cookies is anonymous and is used just to improve your
navigation experience on the QUDO Dashboard.
b. Persistent cookies: if you login on the QUDO Dashboard a persistent cookie is passed to your device.
This cookie will remain active after you leave the QUDO Dashboard or close your browser,
being stored on your device. This cookie contains an encrypted user id identifying your device
for future visits. This cookie remembers your preferences, improving your navigation experience
on the QUDO Dashboard. It isn’t gathering or saving any personal information from you.
c. Third Party cookies:
i) Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics to monitor traffic on our site. Upon a visit to our
site, these mechanisms set certain cookies that record statistical information about user
visits to the site. We measure the number of visits, the number of pages viewed as well as visitors'
activity on the site and their frequency of return. This helps us improve our website and its
functionality, for example, by ensuring that users can navigate it intuitively, or making sure
that content is easily accessible and clear. These cookies do not store any personal information that
could be used to identify you.
ii) Visitor cookies: We use LeadFeeder which is an analytics service that is based on Google Analytics
data. It provides information on which companies appear to have visited our website, which helps
us in establishing new connections and growing our community, also based on this information.
iii) Live-Chat Popups cookies: We use Twak.to so that we can link chat conversations together to
provide a better service.
iv) Youtube cookies: We embed videos from our official YouTube channel using YouTube's privacy-enhanced
mode. This mode may set cookies on your computer once you click on the YouTube video player,
but YouTube will not store personally-identifiable cookie information for playbacks of embedded videos
using the privacy-enhanced mode. To find out more please visit
YouTube's embedding videos information page.
